Experimenting in the kitchen is no less than a laboratory experiment. Creating fusion is not only fun but also a change from cliched recipes and also a big time saver. Create your own fajita, give it an Indian touch to it. Here is a quick recipe.
Marinate chopped Chicken or veggies in a group of spices like Chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Cumin powder ,fennel powder and salt with a dash of lemon juice. Bake it in the preheated oven of 400 degree Fahrenheit with some green peppers and onions for about 20-30 minutes.
Take a tortilla, toast it back and forth and then fill it with the baked stuff. Add some some salsa, lettuce and honey mustard sauce to it. A healthy filling meal is ready to serve.
Hope you like it :-)
